The interview for Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) agents will be held on 25th February. The minimum educational qualifications should be a pass in 12th standard for those who are living in areas with a population of 5,000 or above and 10th standard for those living in areas with a population of less than 5000.
Unemployed youths, self employed youths, former insurance company’s advisors, agents, Anganwadi Workers and Mahila Mandals Workers, self-help groups, ex-servicemen and retired teachers are eligible to attend this interview. Those who are of the age group of 18 to 60 are eligible. Priority will be given to experienced insurance agents, persons with computer knowledge and for those who are well aware of the locality in which they live.
The interview will be held on 25th February from 11 am onwards at the office of Senior Superintendent of Post Office, 2 , Sivagnanam Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017. Candidates should provide relevant proof of date of birth and educational qualifications during the interview,
