Pal-V launches first commercial flying car

For the first time in the world, the commercial sales for the flying cars have begun. The starting price for the PAL-V Liberty car is Rs 2.52 Crores. The bookings for the cars have begun and the delivery is expected during the end of 2018.
Dutch manufacturer PAL-V has designed Liberty Pioneer Edition and Liberty Sports. Both these cars have been launched. Both the cars can seat two and is fitted with three wheels. The cars are capable of flying at the speed of up to 170 kmph
PAL-V Liberty Sports is priced at Rs 2.52 Crores and Liberty Pioneer Edition is priced at Rs 3.78 Crores.
PAL-V says it takes 5 to 10 minutes to switch from flying to driving mode. The vehicle has two separate engines, one for flight and one for the street;
When in drive mode, the car has 100.3hp and is capable of doing 0-100kph in 9 seconds, with top speed figures of 160kph. Fuel efficiency is a claimed figure of 10.97kpl with a range of 1,314km.
When in flight mode, it can climb upto a maximum altitude of 3,500m.
