Following BSNL’s decision to join with Nokia to offer the latest technology features of 5G and Internet of Things Services, signing of the contract on this accord it be organised shortly.
Discussions and review of the contract between BSNL and Nokia is in progress.
After 4G, the latest 5G services and Internet of things will play a dominant role in the telecom services. They would be hugely helpful in the creation of smart cities.
BSNL Head Anupam Srivastava has informed that a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) will be made which would help progress further from the present technology to the next stage of the 5G network.
The MoU is scheduled to be signed today (Wednesday, 1st March). The 2 partners will cooperate in the switching over of technology from 4G to 5G services. The MoU includes various aspects such as the explanation of the functioning of the 5G services, the usage of high-speed data, and the usage of Apps related to Internet of things.
Apart from the above, the 2 organisations BSNL and Nokia are set to operate on various technical projects such as releasing new Apps as per the technology requirement, the dimensional growth of the network technology, and other applications in trading and technology development.
