New TN CM to conduct first cabinet meeting after assuming position

Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Edappadi K Palanisami acquired the position last month. The CM will convene the very first cabinet. This is set to take place at the secretariat in Chennai on Friday. Things are unclear about what aspects will be discussed during the meeting. There are speculations that the state budget session, forthcoming local body elections, NEET issues, etc will be discussed with colleagues.
The CM had array of meetings with union ministers earlier this week. He also met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for discussing about several state projects. During his maiden meetings with union ministers following acquisition of CM position, he sought solutions to a number of projects that were caught up apart from other new projects. Amidst much chaos and drama on 18th February, the close aide of Sasikala, Edappadi K Palanisami won the trust vote in Tamil Nadu and became the CM of TN.
