SBI employees can now work from home

State bank of India, the largest in its sector has newly activated work from home option for its employees.
The Work from Home policy got its approval from the Board of the bank. This will allow SBI employees to remain at home and work with the help of mobile devices when there is a need to meet any urgent requirement. Thus, travelling to work is cut down.
In a statement rolled out by the bank, it is said that SBI will implement mobile computing technologies. Thus, all the enabled devices will fall under continuous control of the technology, thus securing and managing all data and applications on mobile devices.
With the help of cutting edge Management Information System and dashboard, usage of technology and services can be continuously surveilled.
The employee productivity will be increased multifold by introducing CRM, social media management, complaints management application, settlement and reconciliation, and many more that encourages work from home options.
