The Government of Tamil Nadu permits transfer of IPS officers to the central government

The state government of Tamil Nadu has granted permission for 9 IPS officers who are transferred to the central government.

It is a routine for some IPS officers to inform their preference to work in the central government.

When the central government approves their request, the state government would issue the relieving order for them.

As per this, the state government of Tamil Nadu has given permission to 9 IPS officers who had expressed their preference to work in the central government.

The list of IPS Officers transferred to Central Government

Vigilance (Corruption Eradication) Department IG G. Venkataramanan, Thirupur Police Commissioner Sanjay Mathur, Police welfare IG Davidson Deaqseervatham, Madurai DIG Anandakumar Somani, Villupuram SP Narendran Nair, Railway SP S V Vijayakumar. Ariyalur SP Anil Kumar Giri, Dindigul SP Saravanan, and Madurai SP Vijayendra Bidari.

The Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Government Home Department Niranjan Martin has released the order giving permission for transfer to the central government.

As soon as the approval is received from the central government on this transfer, these officers will be relieved immediately from their posts.
