The rules and regulations for e-wallet financial transactions released

The Central ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has created the special rules and regulations for high-tech oriented electronic money transactions.
With this, individuals can safely make their financial transactions with these rules and regulations strictly implemented. Also, if any complaint is encountered, this grievance can be addressed and rectified in 1 month period.
As per the rules and regulations, the e-wallet companies have to appoint a special officer to address the complaints/grievances from the customer. The electronic transactions have to monitored closely and any maloperations are traced, the e-wallet must set up immediate corrective action.
The e-wallet companies should create Apps which explain the rules and regulations of e-wallet are explained clearly for everyone to understand.
The ministry has asked for suggestions and feedbacks regarding these rules and regulations before 20th March.
