How to become a Jio Prime Member without paying Rs. 99?

Reliance Jio has come out with a new announcement that it is just enough to download Jio money application to join Reliance Jio as a Prime Member instead of paying Rs. 99.
Currently, Reliance Jio was offering several free features including voice calls, internet data, etc. This free service expires by 31st March. However, reliance Jio had announced earlier that one can continue availing these free facilities by joining as a Reliance Jio Prime Member. From then, the user needs to pay Rs. 99 every year to remain a Reliance Jio prime member.
However, now, Reliance Jio has announced a revised offer to become a Reliance Jio Prime Member: Download the Jio money application and recharge through it for Rs. 99 & Rs. 303. Get a cash-back offer for Rs. 50.
