MTNL to offer free voice calling, 2GB per day data

The tariff war gets a new entrant. State-run MTNL has come up with a new offer starting from tomorrow, 1st April. Rs 319 recharge on MTNL offers 2GB of 3G data and unlimited voice calls within the same mobile network.
This new plan to be launched tomorrow is a celebration for 31st anniversary of MTNL. The offer is available for Delhi and Mumbai mobile customers, said a company statement.
The validity of the plan is 28 days. Following this, users should recharge with the same for availing the same benefit.
A company statement states that promotional offer comes with 28 days validity. Every day, customers can enjoy 25 minutes of free voice calling to other networks. For phone call minutes beyond this are charged as 25 paise per minute.
Likewise, there is also an offer from BSNL providing 2GB data per day for Rs 399 recharge. This comes with one month validity and starts from 1st April.
