Deadline for application to join medical courses extended by 2 days

An extension of 2 more days has been given for application to attend counselling and join medical courses (MBBS and BDS).
In Tamil Nadu, the admission to postgraduate medical courses will be done based on the marks obtained in NEET.
Accordingly, the Medical Recruitment Board has informed that the students can apply for joining the medical courses (MBBS and BDS).
The last date for applying online was fixed as 4th April. The last date for sending the printout of the online applied form is 5th April.
However, there has been a demand for an extension of the final dates from the candidates that the time available is very less and there are many days are public holidays and hence there will be difficulties in making payments through the bank.
This demand was accepted and now, a further 2 days extension has been given for applying online till 6th April and sending the printout till 7th April. This was informed by the secretary of the medical examination selection board Selvaraj.
Further, some people have complained there were difficulties in applying online. So, a concession has been given - download the application from the website and take a printout. Fill this up and send by post.
He told that both the methods would be acceptable (applying online or sending the printout by post).
