In the category for computer programmers, about 41 percent of them belong to lowest wage level, as per trusted news agency. What is lowest wage level? It is job involving employees working on routine tasks demanding very minimal exercise on their own judgement.
According to the IT industry body NASSCOM reports, many of their officials have observed that applications sent this are for visas for high level professionals in 2017.
