H1B visa process tightening opens up opportunities for real talents

As the Trump administration has tightened norms for H-1B visas for entry level computer programmers, there is increased opportunity for real talented professionals.
Among the total applicants for H-1B visas, just a small part includes entry level programmers. As per official data from the US, computers programmers who were made eligible for H-1B visa in 2014 and 2015 accounted to 12 percent of the total certified applicants.
In the category for computer programmers, about 41 percent of them belong to lowest wage level, as per trusted news agency. What is lowest wage level? It is job involving employees working on routine tasks demanding very minimal exercise on their own judgement.
According to the IT industry body NASSCOM reports, many of their officials have observed that applications sent this are for visas for high level professionals in 2017. This can be taken as an indication of drop in low level computer programmers. There are different high level positions included in the computer category. This includes system analysts, network administrators, software developers, and so on. Among all, the Indian companies are the largest of H-1B visa applicants, to note.
