Jio is on deactivation spree

There was a breathing space given to all the customers for subscribing to their summer surprise offer. Reliance Jio called it the Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. This plan is similar to that of earlier summer surprise offer where 1GB per day internet was offered for free for 3 months with a recharge of Rs 309, in addition to Rs 99 as one time subscription fee for Jio Prime.
At the time of announcement, Jio had mandated subscribing to Jio Prime Membership and purchase Rs 309 or Rs 509 recharge before 15th April failing which degradation or discontinuation of service be done. However, in spite of expiry of given deadline, Jio users have still got active services. Jio has anyway started disconnection process and users will soon have it disconnected.
A number of Jio users have not subscribed for the Dhan Dhana Dhan offer by Jio Prime. So, if you belong to one of those, you may expect deactivation of service at any time. To avoid this, head on to Jio Store or Jio website or MyJio app, and get your Jio number recharged for Rs 99 for Prime membership and Rs 309 for the offer. This will give you 84 days of free data usage.
