Telecom major Bharti Airtel and Ola Cabs have joined hands for providing their customers with improved digital services.
In partnership, Ola app and Airtel Payments Bank will be integrated for letting customers pay for the rides they take up.
Likewise, Ola Money which is Ola’s money wallet is getting integrated with MyAirtel App which is Airtel’s digital payment solution, and Airtel’s official website so that people can make recharge or pay bills for all their Airtel prepaid and DTH connections.
In addition, all the Airtel retail points functioning as kiosks at different locations shall assist customers wanting to take up an Ola ride.
At the same time, Airtel is facilitating migration of Ola devices to Airtel 4G network. A company statement reads that Airtel and Ola together are striving to provide their customers with value added services.
Either companies are strong in their niche which is what is promising about massive scope for varied products and services to customers, says Gopal Vittal, the MD and CEO of Bharti Airtel.
Airtel is also likely to offer a suit of entertainment on Ola Play in Ola cabs. Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO and co-founder of Ola said there will be increased convenience and connectivity as well as mobility to customers.
