Prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects of rain in a few places in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry due to the formation of a thermal convection.
An official of the centre explained that there are prospects of rain with thunder in a few places in the next 24 hours in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry due to the formation of a thermal convection phenomenon.
Chennai may remain cloudy. The are mild prospects of rain or rain with thunder in a few places in the city.
