E-Aadhar for train travel

The passengers who had booked reservations can now show the E-Aadhar card downloaded from the internet as a proof of identity. In fact, these passengers must show this proof during their travel.
Presently, the Indian Railways have announced that as per the list if IDs which can be shown, Aadhar card or the E-Aadhar card downloaded from the net can be shown as ID proof.
Other than these, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Driving Licence, and the Savings Account passbooks from any nationalised bank can also be shown as ID proof.
