What to expect at the Reliance Jio AGM?

On July 21, the Reliance Industries is likely to conduct an annual general meeting. During the meet, it is likely that Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani will make an announcement about Reliance Jio. Sources state that the expected Reliance Jio announcement will be customer-centric.
In spite of not having given any clue about it so far, there are a lot of rumors on what to expect from Jio. So, on July 21, what shall we expect? Check out:
Most affordable 4G phone ever:
A 4G feature phone is to be launched on the big day. There were in fact leaked images of the device carrying Lyf branding. As Reliance Jio is functional only on 4G phones, this feature phone will be first of its kind as a 4G feature phone.
As a normal feature phone will not be compatible for the 4G spectrum, this feature phone is expected to carry the basic Qualcomm chipset in its 200 series.
The phone will be rated Rs 500 in spite of rumored production cost of Rs 1,500. As observed from the leaked images, the feature phone comes with 2 Megapixel camera in its back and a torch light as well.
Tariffs:
On a phone priced as low as Rs 500, it is practically not possible to have 4G tariffs of the range Rs 300-400. So, way too cheaper data tariffs are likely.
Announcement about JioFiber:
During the event, announcement about JioFiber is likely. There were earlier announcements that Reliance Jio will be launching JioFiber in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Surat and Vadodara under its JioFiber Preview offer.
