Ram Nath Kovind wins Presidential election

NDA candidate Ram Nath Kovind has won the presidential election. Ram Nath Kovind convincingly defeats Meira Kumar, he wins over 65 per cent of the votes in the Electoral College. Ram Nath Kovind got 2,930 votes with value of 7,02,044, Meira Kumar got 1,844 votes with value of 3,67,314.
Current President Pranab Mukherjee`s term is ending on July 24 & Ram Nath Kovind will take oath the next day to become India`s 14th President.
