NASA (National Space and Aeronautics and Space Administration, USA) has given some safety points to be observed for the public interested in having a look at the full solar eclipse occurring after a gap of 90 years.
When the moon crosses between the sun and the earth in the earth orbital path, it covers the sun entirely. This phenomenon is known as the solar eclipse.
NASA has announced that a full solar eclipse will occur on 21st August and only the peripheral rim of the sun would be visible as the moon covers it fully.
NASA has advised that this solar eclipse must not be watched with naked eyes. It should be watched only after wearing sunlight blocking spectacles.
NASA has informed that this rare full solar eclipse can be watched by 30 Crores people living all over the world.
