Oral diseases like dental caries and gum diseases affect their oral health causing reduced general health and reduced school days. Dental diseases can easily be prevented by various methods. Proper brushing technique is the most effective method of promoting oral health in a community.
Rotary International District 3232 in association with Indian Dental Association Madras Branch, Faculty of Dental Sciences, Sri Ramachandra University and Colgate Pharma Group are proposing to conduct a Mass Tooth Brushing Campaign, an attempt towards a Guinness World Record where a maximum number of students will be assembled at Sri Ramachandra University and the correct brushing technique will be taught to them followed by demonstration.This is a golden opportunity for the child and school to be a part of the Guinness World Record.
