CMRL Rushes For Metro Project in Chennai Anna Salai

Chennai get’s new metro rail project in several areas of Chennai but the project is on going process for nearly 1yr of period. Anna salai one of the rush full interior area in Chennai. CMRL(Chennai Metro Rail Limited) is making the work fast in opposite side of Annasalai situated near Mount road in Chennai. Some of 7 stations are coming up along Anna salai from Saidapet upto government estate. Some little changes are coming up bear LIC metro stations are 39 panels are being put up on one side.
The Wall is about one meter thick and goes upto 25 meters underground. the new
road ways laid in the side of gleams shiny black. The road which was laid in
Anna salai would be handed over to highways department after completing the
metro rail project.72 diaphragm wall were put up in some areas and 14 panels
were put up in thousand lights area and 50 panels in Saidapet station. the then
project of CMRL said by officials that tunneling project from Gemini to Saidapet
would begin in first week of October next year.
The tunnel digging would be yet to begin as soon as possible said by officials
of Chennai Metro Rail ltd. and traffic police have made some several other
changes in traffic system of the Chennai main roads which would be convenient
for the Chennai people though in some place having extreme traffic problem they
would be rectified soon. the CMRL said that the underground metro rail project
will be completed in 2015.
