On 6th October, the 22nd GST Council meet headed by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will be held. It will deliberate on GSTN glitches to weed out the troubles faced by exporters, as stated by a ministry official.
Initially, the meeting was planned for 24th October, but it is now preponed due to Diwali festival.
After this, the next Council meeting will be conducted on 6th October through video conferencing, the official added. This will be second such video conferencing council meet. The last such video conferencing was conducted in July this year which was the first to launch Goods and Services Tax on 1st July.
