Set top boxes free, do not pay operators - TACTV

The scheme of distributing free set-top boxes for the customers of Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation (TACTV) was commenced on 1st September.
In the 1st Phase, 32000 set-top boxes are being distributed through the cable TV operators.
A service charge of Rs. 200 may be collected for the installation and activation of the set-top boxes. In case an excess amount is demanded, complaints can be made at 1800 4252911.
