Tomato price shoots up to Rs. 35 per kg

As there has been persistent rain in the states of Andhra and Karnataka, tomato price has reduced. Now, it has gone up again to Rs. 35 per kg.

The price of tomato has been going up gradually in this month. It was sold at Rs. 35 per kg. In the open markets and retails shops, it is sold up to Rs. 100 per kg.

Okra (Lady’s finger) – 20, brinjal – 35, radish – 35, snake gourd – 20, drumstick – 100, green chilli – 35, onion – 28, sambar onion – 100, potato – 15, broad beans – 60, bitter gourd – 20, 20, beans – 70, cabbage – 23, carrot – 35, beetroot – 28.
