Visitors fee raised to Rs. 100 in Chennai Airport

The visitors fee for the Chennai International Airport has been increased from the current Rs. 70 to Rs. 100. Visitors have been allowed in the Chennai Meenambakkam International Airport since 2012. A special fee was charged for this. After the new termini were started, the entry of visitors to the domestic airport was cancelled. However, visitors were allowed to enter at the Chennai International Airport at a fee of Rs. 70. Now, this fee has been increased to Rs. 100. This has been effective from Saturday, 28th October.
The Director of the Chennai Airport, G, Chandramouli, shared in this regard that the visitors’ fee in all the international airports in the country has been increased from Rs. 70 to Rs. 100. Thus, it has been done in Chennai international airport as well. All of us aware that no visitors are allowed in the Chennai domestic airport.
