Students will be Dismissed if they travel in Footboard

Government of Tamilnadu announced state wise restriction that students who travels in foot board in government as well as private buses will be dismissed from their native institutions. Due to the major accident which the lorry crushed 4 students who were travelled in foot boards of government bus in perungudi highways .this court was came as petition before high court & the chief justice M.Y.Iqbal ordered that extreme precautionary methods are to be taken for this problem as a major concern after the accident. The Tamilnadu government’s action was very effective if it is continuous 90% of the accidents would be ensured.
For these precautions there would be sample pamphlets will be issued to the students and extra buses would be allowed in the congested areas were students will be free in their travel. More than this method if students travels in footboard they will be dismissed from the schools. said by Chief Justice.
