3 lakhs solatiums to be distributed.for the particular suffering families. Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa on Wednesday announced a solatium of 3 lakh each to the bereaved families of five policemen, including three who were killed in road accidents. She expressed her condolences to the families of special sub-inspectors Kallan of Nilgiris, Thulasi of Tiruvallur and Radhakrishnan of Trichy.
Jayalalithaa also expressed shock over the deaths of Sathishkumar and Krishnappa, who were killed in wild elephant attacks at Valparai in Coimbatore district and Thenkannikottai block in Krishnagiri district last week and ordered a solatium of 3 lakh to each of the bereaved families.said by the officials of related sectors.
