Industrial Chief Secretary Vikram Kapoor,I.A.S,had been transferred as Chennai Corporation Commissioner,before him D.Karthikeyan I.A.S.was been in the seat as Chennai Corporation Commissioner, he was now transferred to the Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board Director additionally hell be the head of small scale industries affiliated by Government.
