Freelance Jobs are peaking heights in Indian Corporations up to whopping 80 percent

A latest study conducted in India found that Indian Corporations ranging from small, medium and big enterprises are opting for outsourcing their works to freelancers. This will create a huge impact in reducing their financial expenditure on hiring individual employees for each and every aspects of their business operations.

After the complete Network and Communication Revolution in India many Industries started to outsource their mid-level service oriented works to small freelance groups or individual Freelancers. The amount of freelance jobs increased to the level of 80 percent in most of the Service business and in some cases production units also incorporating freelancers for their minor categories.

‘The Potential and Challenges for Online Freelancing and Micro work in India’ is the latest study that collected inputs from 1,976 respondents including student and non-student freelancers all over India. It clearly says that almost 75 percent of any kind of Service or product oriented Corporations can outsource their works on freelance basis. Freelancers are almost treated as second grade employees and many companies cut their employee salary expenses to a considerable composition in their financial budget through this unique way. The individual’s physical presence is not a big concern nowadays, as the technology advancement almost cut the entire face to face exposition of workers on any projects.

Most of the Indian companies are based and dependent on the International clients, already into the business of virtually dealing the employees and so outsourcing some of the important works to the freelancers working virtually is not even a big deal in this modern era.

According to the reports of many CEO’s and Higher Officials of top companies of India the whopping 70 to 80 percent of the works doesn’t need any kind of in-person interventions based on their projects. Though they accept that some of the major game changing works cannot be outsourced the cost cut advantage of hiring freelancers are considered as a great opportunity.
