Dense to very dense fog is likely in most places over Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, North Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Northeast Jharkhand, Sub Himalayan West Bengal.
Moderate to dense fog may occur over Northeast India.
Moderate rain is likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Rain and snow may occur over higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir.
Weather would remain dry across remaining parts of the country.
Cold wave conditions are expected over parts of Haryana, North Rajasthan and East Madhya Pradesh.
Cold day conditions would be observed in many places in North Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.
