Dry weather is expected to occur over entire Southern Peninsula. However, light rain is expected to occur over Andaman and Nicobar Islands around January 18 and 19. Thereafter, around January 20 and 21, the intensity of rains will witness an increase over the Islands. Temperatures of Karnataka and Kerala along with Interior Tamil Nadu may reach in the mid-30s. Night in Telangana and Rayalaseema will remain comfortable.
