Snowfall likely in TN for over next 2 days

There are prospects of snowfall in a few places in the next 2 days in the northern coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
The Chennai Meteorological Centre officials informed: At present, there are no low-pressure zones or cyclonic formats in the atmosphere upper layers exist. As such, dry weather will persist for the next 5 days in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Further, there are prospects of mild to medium intensity snowfall in the next 2 days in the northern coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
There are also prospects of a freezing weather in the next 2 nights in the Nilgiri district mountain areas.
The Chennai Metro City will be partly cloudy during the daytime. The sky will be clear during the night. There are prospects of snowfall in a few places in the city in the early morning.
The maximum temperature will be 30Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 21 Degrees Celsius.`
