NEET can also be written in Tamil - 10 centres for this in Tamil Nadu

The candidates from Tamil Nadu can write NEET (National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test) for admission to medical courses in Tamil or English. The candidate needs to specifically mention the preferred language while applying.

In Tamil Nadu, the applicants can write NEET in 10 centres. These are Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Vellore, Salem, Namakkal, Trichy, Madurai, Kovai, and Nellai.

The applicants from Puducherry can write in Puducherry itself.

In Karnataka, the NEET centres are Bengaluru, Belgaum, Davangere, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Hubli, Mangalore, Mysore, and Udipi.

In Kerala, centres will be at Thiruvananthapuram, Trichur, Malappuram, Alappuzhai, Kannore, and Ernakulam.

The results of NEET will be released on 5th June. The question papers, in 11 languages, will carry identical questions.
