In this world everyone wants to look fresh and young. We often stand before a mirror to see our face and get upset if there are any wrinkles or spots in the face or grey hairs in our heads. There are some foods that could keep a person look young and healthy and these foods are

Olive oil - Obtained from olives this olive oil plays important role in our health. It must be noted that presence of polyphenols plus antioxidants in this olive oil could prevent age related diseases and keeps us young.

Fish - Consuming fish is very important in keeping a person younger and healthier. Fish contains omega 3 fats and these omega 3 fats prevent building up of cholesterol in the arteries and abnormal heart rhythms could be avoided. 

Chocolate - It is clear that consuming chocolates could keep a person look younger. These chocolates contain ingredients that help in preserving healthy function of blood vessels.

Nuts - It is worthy to mention that eating nuts is very good for health and helps us to look younger. These nuts contain vitamins, minerals apart from unsaturated fats. These nuts lower the risk of heart attacks etc.

Sweet potato - It is now said that eating these sweet potatoes could keep a person young as it keeps the skin firm.
