US government explains why issue of H1B visa was made more stringent

The government of USA has given an explanation that the regulations on the issue of H1B Visas to the foreigners have been made more stringent mainly with the view of protecting the salary and the job environment of the Americans and also to prevent any maloperations.
The new regulations making the issue of H1B Visas were release yesterday (23rd February). As per this the details of the academic qualifications, the description of the job offered, and the skill in the job given are to be mentioned in the application for H1B Visa. All necessary proofs have to be attached.
Hardships to be faced by the Indian IT employees
The H1B Visas issued for those working in 3rd party agencies will not be of 3 years duration. It will be issued only for the period of the job contract. After that, the Visa has to be renewed each time if required.
In this scenario, The American citizenship and migrants services council has offered an explanation that the recent measures are only for the welfare of the workers in the 3rd party agencies. Our main aim is to protect the welfare of the local employees and their salaries and job environment.
This is the reason for the stringent regulations. This would be beneficial for the workers who are brought under the H1B Visas.Their salary and job environment would also be secure.
