With the +2 Public Examinations commencing today, a medical service offering mental health guidance to the student on the helpline number ‘104’ will be available.
A team of psychologists, doctors, and medical professionals will offer their services. The students can avail guidance throughout the day and night for 24 hours.
This mental health guidance services will be available until the release of the results of the public examinations.
The services would be available for the parents of the students as well.
A free psychological consultation will be available on 14417, offered on behalf of the government department of school education.
Meanwhile, a grievance control centre has been set up to clarify the doubts regarding difficulties encountered during the public examinations procedures.
The related telephone numbers have already been announced. The director of the state examination board has informed that 4 additional helpline numbers have been added for this service. The telephone numbers are 93854 94105, 93854 94115, 93854 94120 and 93854 94125.
