How to apply for +1 exam revaluation?

Interested candidates may apply for revaluation of the +1 Public Examination mark sheets from tomorrow (Friday, 1st June). The special supplementary examinations are scheduled to commence on 5th July.

+1 public examinations result were released yesterday (Wednesday, 30th May). 8.7% candidates failed. These candidates can write the supplementary examinations. These supplementary exams are scheduled to start from 5th July. The state examination board has announced that the dates for applying for the supplementary examinations will be announced later.

The candidates who wrote the +1 public examinations can get their mark sheets from the respective school headmasters from 4th June.

The mark sheets can also be downloaded from the website:  www.dge.tn.nic.in.

This facility would be available till the printed mark sheets are distributed. The downloaded printed mark sheet will be valid only if the school students can get it attested by the respective school headmasters and the private candidates get it tested from the headmaster of the school exam centre where they wrote the public exams.

Interested candidates can apply for the revaluation of their marks, For the revaluation or getting a copy of the mark sheets, applications have to be sent through the respective schools on 1st, 2nd, and 4th June. The charges are Rs. 550 for the language papers (Tamil and English) and Rs. 275 each for the other subjects.

In case revaluation is required, the interested candidates will have to get the copies of their mark sheets first. After checking the same, the candidates can then apply for revaluation if required.

The candidates who have applied for a copy of the mark sheets need not apply for revaluation now. These candidates have to keep the acknowledgement given for the application for revaluation safely. The application number given in the acknowledgement will be required to get the results of the revaluation.
