Prospects of financial assistance for the pilgrimage to Jerusalem

A financial assistance of Rs. 20000 per individual is given to Christians from Tamil Nadu who undertake the pilgrimage to Jerusalem. Interested persons can apply before 6th July.
This year, the pilgrimage to Jerusalem is scheduled for 10 days during the next month. This pilgrimage covers several sacred places of Christianity including Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Nazareth, Jordan river, Galileo Sea, etc.
The individuals interested in getting the Tamil Nadu government’s financial assistance have to get their applications free to the Offices of District Backward and Minority Community Welfare functioning under the District Collector Offices.
