What are the inclusions and exclusions of a third-party liability insurance?

Below is a list of exclusions of a third party plan

Damages caused due to intoxicated driving - if the driver is found to be intoxicated using alcohol or drugs or others while causing the accident, it shall not be covered under car insurance 

Planned incidents - when it is a volunteer, pre-planned incident, it shall not be covered in the insurance scheme. 

Unlawful activities - accidents caused by underaged drivers, without a valid driving license, accidents taking place in wrong side of road, etc. 

Commercial ones - if during the accident the vehicle had been subjected to a commercial purpose, the insurance claim will not be considered. 

Theft or damage - the owner or driver of the car will not be protected in the insurance. Any kind of theft will also not be covered.
