However the special part time teachers in government schools may not get full time positions with employment operations of School Education department said the sources of the ministry.
An estimated 82,000 teachers were qualified in between the years 2013 and 2015. The taken employees were kept in the waiting list zone owing to limited vacancies in government schools. Now the School Education Minister assured the filling of the vacancies will move on a full swing for the recruited teachers. The latest recruitment system will analyze the educational and teaching qualifications of the selected candidates that acts as a weightage for the placement in schools.
Teacher’s Recruitment Board (TRB) will assist the government for filling the vacancies in government schools. After a complete survey and inspection the appointments will be made for the selected 82,000 teachers said the sources of Ministry. Full-time employment will not be assured for the special part-time teachers handling the subjects of Physical Education, Drawing and Music. Salaries were increased for those teachers along with additional preference for transfers. But there is no chance for the full-time employment for such part time special teachers said the School Education Minister.
