By consuming these herbs your appetite would be controlled well

Controlling the appetite is very important and we try various ways to control our appetite. Many of us drink water before consuming meals, intake of more high fibre foods, eating ginger, intake of bulky low calorie foods etc to reduce the urge to eat more or control the appetite.  By controlling our appetite we could lose our excess weights in us. It is known that overheating is a major factor in losing weight and by controlling the appetite this overheating could be avoided.

There are few herbs that could be consumed so that our appetite is controlled. These are

Intake of cayenne pepper herb:

Used to flavour dishes, cayenne peppers are red coloured peppers and this cayenne pepper could control our appetite well. The presence of compound capsaicin in cayenne pepper increases the metabolism. This controls appetite and cravings to eat salty, fatty foods etc.

Intake of garlic herb:

Apart from being used in preparation of many dishes, garlic is superb to control appetite. It is said that a signal is sent to the brain that stomach is full and this takes place when garlic is consumed by us.

Intake of cinnamon herb:

It is a thermogenic herb and could be consumed to control our appetite and it also burns deposits of fats. Metabolism is increased when cinnamon is consumed by us. Lowers blood cholesterol plus cleaning of arteries are done by cinnamon herd intake.

Intake of garcinia indica herb:

Also called as kokum this herb is fabulous in controlling our appetite and intake of this herb before meals would make us feel full.

Intake of alfalfa herb:

This alfalfa acts as diuretic and helps in the process of digestion. The presence of saponin in alfalfa does superbly in making the fats more soluble. It must be noted that alfalfa intake could control our appetite well.

Intake of chickweed herb:

Belonging to the family ‘Caryophyllaceae’, chickweed is an annual flowering plant. It could be eaten as raw or steamed and eaten as vegetable. This chickweed could control our appetite effectively.

Intake of dandelion herb:

Intake of dandelion herb could provide us many health benefits like fighting diabetes, fighting cancer etc. It also helps us to control appetite.

Intake of parsley herb:

Our liver and kidneys get cleansed by the intake of parsley is well known. This is due to many nutrients present in parsley. Toxins could be eliminated from our body more effectively. Appetite is controlled and burning of more stored excess fat is possible.
