India take 1-0 lead with easy win

India achieved the target of 50, losing two wickets in the second innings to beat Australia by eight wickets before lunch on the final day of the first cricket Test at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium on Today.
MS Dhoni, R Ashwin, Virat Kohli and Tendulkar were the pivotal contributors to India`s 1-0 series lead, showing greater discipline and awareness of the sort of cricket best played on the MA Chidambaram Stadium`s clay court.
The second match begins in Hyderabad on Saturday.
