Menopause is an important stage in the life of a woman. It is a time where the menstrual periods stop permanently and this would make women unable to bear children. Intake of whole grains:
For managing the issue of hot flashes, fibres are tremendous. The fibre is present in huge amounts in whole grains like barley, brown rice, oatmeal etc. In balancing estrogen dietary fibre plays a crucial role.
Intake of low fat yoghurt:
Menopausal hot flashes could be reduced by the consumption of calcium rich foods such as low fat yoghurt etc. Excess estrogen from the liver is removed by calcium.
