Anna University exams postponed at 3 select districts

As the restoration works are being carried out after the devastating Gaja cyclone, Anna University examinations that were scheduled for tomorrow and day after tomorrow are postponed at select districts including Thiuvarur, Nagapattinam and Pudukottai.
To note, earlier, the colleges affiliated to Anna University had postponed the semester exams schedule for 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th November. Amidst this, now, the exams are postponed in Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam and Pudukottai districts alone.
Anna University has also clarified that exams in the remaining districts and parts of the state shall continue to take place as per schedule.
Exam dates for these three districts shall be announced later, says Anna University sources.
