It is very essential to keep the nails and maintain properly for them to be in good shape and colour. For some, nails will rather be fragile tend to break easily - the main reason for this is the deficiency of Iron and Calcium.

So, it is essential to take nutritious and mineral, vitamin-rich food to keep healthy nails.
For some people, the nails would be quite hard – making it rather difficult to cut! These people can resort to cutting the nails immediately after the bath when they will be moist and thus easy to cut. Otherwise, rub a small quantity of coconut oil on the nails and then it will be easier to cut.

  • It is better to avoid frequent use of the nail-polish remover. This is because they are harmful to the nails. So, it is better to use the polish-remover after adding some glycerin and then use.
  • If the nails are moist while shaping, there are possibilities of the nails breaking. So, avoid when the ails are wet (This tip is not for the people with very hard nails).
  • Applying a mixture of glycerin and lemon juice on te nails and keeping it form some time and the washing it after some time will make the nails bright and glistening.
  • Further, applying almond oil on the nails and keeping for some time and then washing it with basin-powder, the nails will be glowing. There would be a good effect by doing this once a month.
  • Take a small quantity of lukewarm milk and dip some cotton piece and rub it on the nails and clean. The dirt/dust accumulated on the nails will be removed and the nails will be cleaner.
