Results of TNPSC Group-1 preliminary written exams conducted in 2017 released

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the results of the preliminary written examination conducted in the year 2017 for the recruitments for posts under the category Group-1.
The preliminary written examination for the recruitment of 85 Group-1 category posts including Assistant Collectors, Police Department Sub-inspectors, Assistant Commissioners in the Department of Commercial Taxation, the District Employment Opportunities Officer, and the District Officer for the Fire-fighting and Rescue Department was conducted from 13th to 15th October 1917.
The results for the above examinations have now been released by TNPSC.
The list of 176 successful candidates based on the marks obtained by the candidates, the Reservation quota, etc., has been released by TNPSC on the website - tnpsc.gov.in.
The documents/certificates verification for the successful candidates as above is scheduled to be carried out from 21st January to 25th January.
