TNPSC announces Group-1 written examination

The Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission (TNPSC), which undertakes the responsibility for the recruitment all vacancies in the various state government departments, has now announced the Group-1 written examination to be conducted to fill up the recruitment of 139 vacant posts in Group-1 category for 8 posts (designations).
This Group-1 preliminary written examination is scheduled to be conducted by TNPSC on 3rd March. The break-up of different vacant posts: Assistant Collector – 27, DSP – 56, Commercial Tax Assistant Commissioner – 11, Cooperatives Deputy Registrar - 13, District Registrar – 9, Rural Development Assistant Director - 15, District Job Opportunity Officer – 7, and District Fire Fighting Officer – 2.
The online application registration has commenced. The last date for online registration of application is 31st January.
