  • Under the minimum income plan (NYAY) poor families will be given Rs. 72000 per year.

  • NEET (National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test) will be cancelled in Tamil Nadu and a state-level entrance examination will be conducted.

  • The prevailing agricultural loans in all states will be waived off. A separate budget will be presented for agriculture.

  • The petrol/diesel prices will be brought under the GST domain. The tax extent will be uniform.

  • Statehood will be given to Puducherry.

  • A full-scale enquiry will be conducted on Rafael Deal.

  • Anti-national Law Section 124A will be removed.

  • A 33% quota will be offered for women in all government job opportunities.

  • The vacant 4 Lakhs jobs in the central government will be filled up before March 2020.

  • The fees collected for the government examinations and the fees charged for examinations for government jobs to be entirely cancelled.
