Approval for final year engineering students to apply for writing Railways Examination

The Southern Railway had earlier announced the examination for jobs in the Department of Technology. Accordingly, the students who are completing their final year of engineering graduation course in this academic year will also be eligible to apply for the examination.
The Madurai Branch of the Chennai High Court, which took up the enquiry of a petition filed by Saravanan, ordered the above approval.
Thus, it is expected that this order permitting the final year engineering students to write the Railways Examination will prove beneficial to them.
It may be noted that the announcement of the recruitment for various posts in Railways was released on 23rd February.
