In the 1-day training programme to start production of ‘appalams’ or ‘papads’, the training schedule includes:
- Selection of black gram
- Making the dough and then pieces
- The rolling method
- Drying
- Equipment required, details regarding personnel and place
Date of training: Saturday, 8th June from 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM
