IPS reshuffling in TN

The Tamil Nadu Government has reshuffled a large number of police officers in the State. IPS Inspector General of Tirunelveli has been promoted to Additional Director General and is now also a member of the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB).
An official press release said, ‘U Sanjay Arora, Inspector General of Police/Additional Commissioner of Police Headquarters, Greater Chennai Police was promoted as Additional director General of Police and posted as Additional Director General of Police, Operations.’
Sunil Kumar who was previously the IGP and a member of the TNUSRB is now the ADGP and also Special Officer of the Tamil Nadu Police Transport Corporation.
